At FGS Autographs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
